Mortimer's Wine School is an interactive wine tasting experience designed to improve your wine knowledge and appreciation through tasting, pairing and of course conversation. Join us in front of the open fireplace whilst you swirl, smell, and taste your way through a range of local and foreign wines. Your personal “Wine School” booklet will assist you in identifying and analysing the intricacies of wine production, influences, aromas and flavours.

Wine School runs over 2 hours and incudes a vineyard tour, aroma challenge, discovery platter pairing with wines, cheese, crackers and your own Wine School workbook to take home. Whether you are a beginner wanting to know a little more about wine, or a wine enthusiast looking to develop your wine knowledge, we would love to host you at our most popular event - WINE SCHOOL.
