WINE SCHOOL
Mortimer’s Wine School is a 2 hour workshop run by father and son duo Peter & Daniel Mortimer during F.O.O.D festival (April) and Orange Wine festival (October). Wine School is an interactive wine experience designed to improve your wine knowledge and appreciation through tasting, pairing and conversation. Join us in front of the open fireplace whilst you swirl, smell, and taste your way through a variety of local and foreign wines. Your personal “Wine School” booklet and lexicon will assist you in identifying and analysing the intricacies of wine production, influences, aromas and flavours.
Wine School incudes a vineyard tour, aroma challenge, discovery platter pairing with wines, cheese, crackers and your own Wine School workbook & lexicon to take home. Whether you are a beginner wanting to know a little more about wine, or a wine enthusiast looking to develop your wine knowledge, we would love to host you at our most popular event – WINE SCHOOL.

PRIVATE EVENTS
Wine School is now a bookable experience for corporate and private events. This workshop is the ultimate experience for team building, bonding or special occasions. We can host this unique experience for you at our Schoolhouse Cellar Door or bring our Wine School to you.
